Official Hotel
We are very excited to announce we have secured Summit Lodge exclusively as our official hotel and headquarters! Located by the marketplace, Summit Lodge is a wonderful facility with beautifully appointed rooms, an outdoor hot tub and pool area plus room service provided by Elements Urban Tapas Parlour. The Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa is also on site, offering traditional Javanese spa treatments. In addition to Elements, there are a number of restaurants close by such as Sachi Sushi & Splitz Grill
All our daytime events will be held here as well as some special evening events, as well as a few other surprises in the works.
Of course, you can still attend the events if you decide to stay at a different location. Your Weekend Pass gives you access to all the daytime and evening events.

Hotel Rooms
We have 69 accommodation rooms available over 3 floors. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be all accommodation rooms while the 4th floor will have a mix of common/open play rooms, special theme rooms and accommodation rooms.
There is a limited number of parking spots available at the hotel. The fee for a parking pass is $20 for 1 night, $35 for 2 nights or $50 for 3 nights. We highly recommend carpooling or you can take advantage of our shuttle services.
If you wish to check in early on Thurs, you will need to purchase an parking pass for the additional night separately.

There are TWO options for booking a hotel room
Option A: 3-night Package You can book a hotel room for the entire weekend. Friday night + Saturday night + Sunday night
OR
Option B: Nightly You can book a hotel room by entering the numbers of nights required. 1 night or 2 nights

Check in is on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 5pm.
If you wish to check in a night early on Thurs night, you will need to purchase an additional 1-night stay.
If you wish to check in early on Friday, you can purchase an Early Check-in Pass for $25, which will allow you to check in at 3pm.

Room rates are based on DOUBLE Occupancy (2 people). Extra person rate is $25 per person per night.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Book online to use your credit card. Please note that the final price will include HST and Service fees.
2) If you wish to avoid paying service fees, you have the option to pay with a check or an email transfer.

We are also offering the option of paying a deposit of 50% now on a hotel room and the balance at the end of June 2013. (Checks or email transfer only)
